The life science class is working on a genetics disorders paper.  The students have the requirements list in their science binders.  The deadline for the paper has been extended to Friday, November 15th.

The nine weeks tests will be given as follows:

The Anatomy and Physiology test on chapter 3 has been postponed until Thursday, October 3.

The end of the nine weeks is fast approaching.  I gave out slips of paper listing makeup work still due from some students.  Please remember that work turned in late loses points for each day it is late.

The Biology vocabulary quiz has been changed to Thursday, 9/26/13.  Tomorrow we will have our last insect collecting day at school.  Insect collections are due Monday, 9/30/13.

Life Science - Vocabulary words for chapter 9, sections 2 and 3 are due tomorrow.  The vocabulary quiz will be Wednesday - 9/25/13.

Biology - Started Chapter 6 today.  Vocabulary Quiz will be Tuesday - 9/24/13.

Anatomy and Physiology - Started Chapter 3 today.  Vocabulary due Friday - 9/20/13.  Vocabulary Quiz 9/26/13.

Life Science - 7th grade

Students begin Chapter 9 this week.  Chapter 9, Section 1 vocabulary is due Wednesday.

Parents of my 7th grade science and biology students.  The first grade is a BONUS of 5 points for having their textbooks covered on the first Monday of school.  It is scored a 5 out of 0 points, but looks like an F as a daily grade.  It is only adding 5 points to their total points earned for this 9 weeks.  Thanks!

ALL Science students must turn in a signed Laboratory Safety Sheet before any labs can be performed in class.  PLEASE have them turned in by Friday.

I have been added to the school's Achieve Grade System.  Grades for all of my science classes should be posted by Friday afternoon.  Thanks for your patience.
